SN wants to draw attention to the fact, seemingly missed by Arun, Swami Rajneesh and many others who seem to be going into some kind of strange orgasm about this “news”, and treating it as some kind of “gospel”, that there is a right of appeal to this judgement which has a 30 day window.
The relevant section of the original Swiss order reads:
Right of Appeal:
An Appeal may be lodged against this order, within 30 days of disclosure, with the Bundesverwaltungsgericht [Federal Administrative Court], Postfach, 9023 St. Gallen.
The appeal must include the claim, the grounds for the claim including the evidence for the same and the signature of the claimant or his or her representative; the disputed order (or the disputed decision) and the documents referenced as evidence must be included (Art. 50 und 52 des Bundesgesetzes vom 20 Dezember 1968 über das Verwaltungsverfahren; VwVG; SR 172.021).

Should the people stop cheering when the first goal is made and that too after a long waiting?
The reaction is in itself fascistic, immature and not well informed.
Many cheered in 1933 when Hitler was ‘elected’…some of whom hated themselves later.
Parmartha, how long you will live in this illusion that after Sheela, there are no villains in the Osho Saga?
Anyway, cheering of the people is not for Hitler but for D day.
Can not you accept and see a simple fact, One Man and Bros. have become the defacto rulers, and there is widespread discontent and house is running almost empty?
For your own inner clarity’s sake, come out from the state of denial.
Credibility Ratings.
Parmartha: Very High.
Shanty pantz: Nil.
There are some villains since Sheela, and they exist, amongst others, in those who want to take over!
May I add that by late 1943, over 50% of the German population knew that the war was very likely lost, and would have been very happy had Hitler been assasinated, or disappeared in some way.
Many, many ordinary German, Russian and Allied soldiers would have survived had that happened. Instead, an unbelievable number died when you think hard about it from late 1943 to mid 1945 – all without due cause. A German surrender in late 1943 would have served history well.
Sannyas News,
The right of appeal is meaningless.
Anyone who focuses on it is simply trying to destroy Osho’s vision through fascistic propaganda.
Do you seriously think any court in the world will deny the evidence as presented by newly crowned mahatmas and legal experts such as Mini Kang and Dhyan Raj?
These great souls are obviously representative of all oursouls everywhere.
Let us be clear and bow to the wisdom of the enlightened ones as presented by the true lineage of Osho’s vision and embodied by Dhyan Raj, Arun and Mini Kang, who are certainly in the tradition of great disciples such as Milarepa, Marpa, Ananda, Rabia, Meera, Naropa and understanding that Osho was the Master of Masters, very probably much higher souls even.
Yahoo!
Osho!
What is this nonsense you are talking, Sri Sri Sri Anand Yogi?
There is no bloody or sugar-coated name in the lineage of Osho – sorry, in the true lineage of Osho.
I am speaking nonsense, Shantam?
Have you read your own posts here at Sannyas News?
Your writings have the quality of excrement with not even sugar coating!
Of course there is a lineage.
Just as you are from a lineage.
Have you seen the news from the Golden Temple today?
All those idiotic so-called holy men fighting each other with swords for control of the microphone so they can speak utter nonsense to other morons?
That is your lineage, I believe, and you are still faithful to the religious sentiment, doing the same as they are…
Fighting hard with other idiots in a desperate attempt to be heard, yet what you actually have to say has less value than the revolting sounds of a street dog choking as he vomits up yesterday’s stolen tandoori chicken.
Love.

Osho!
There are clearly those who look for “Regime” change.
Actually one regime interested in power almost always turns out to be the same as the one before. Give it a few months, and then those who are in power get the same taste in their mouths as those they replaced.
In the case of sannyas then it seems to be the main powerbrokers who seem to wish to take over are actually confined in the last century – orange, malas, devotion and samadhis…. all ancient stuff. Osho would blink, and he didn’t do that often!
Shantam, for someone who claims to have been training in law before he took the robe, you are misinformed. (in last string). Legal cases in, for example, the UK are often overturned on appeal.
This is particularly so in asylum case decisions – over 50% of negative decisions are overturned on appeal to the High Court.
For this reason, Asylum laws of UK and other developed countries require a complete overhaul.
Matter of the fact is only 2 out of 10 are genuine cases.
Which – even if your claim is true, which is open to question – has absolutely nothing to do with the issue under discussion, Shantam.
Were you ever an asylum seeker Shantam?
No, so you don’t know these things.
I imagine you just married to get into Europe and did not have to go through the horrendous barriers put up against genuine asylum seekers when they try to enter the UK and other European countries, particularly Switzerland!
Were you yourself an asylum seeker, Parmartha?
Maybe just good-hearted European who gets teary-eyed with asylum seekers’ stories.
Try to live in one of their countries to know their mind-set.
All the statistics show, genuine asylum seekers are crushed under the boots of those who use such channel for better life purpose. There is nothing wrong in it also.
Western companies and governments exploit their natural resources and corrupt governments, and people in return use their cleverness to get pennies.
Actually Shantam, I work professionally with refugees from places like Iran and Syria. If you think they are NOT genuine, you must be nuts.
“2 out of 10 asylum seekers are genuine.”
It’s true.
I read it in the Daily Mail.
And if you are reading it regularly, you will have realised that Europe is being overrun by foreigners who come here from dirty, poverty-stricken countries usually run by retarded maniacs, scrounge off the social security, scam the system, enjoy the benefits of running water and flush toilets, get fat and then spend their time complaining and aggressively prosyletising their fanatical brands of ignorant and regressive so-called religion!
It’s a bloody disgrace!
OMG, Frank.
You voted UKIP, didn’t you?
You traitored on the Tory party.
Sometimes I feel Osho may have made an omission in ‘Books I have loved’…
It seems that ‘Animal Farm’ would have been a handy addition.
Mind you, “books” are too much of “the mind” for most of these devoted disciples.
They prefer to kick back and meditate and apply their no-minds with a nice 72 page legal document.
Well, whatever gets you through the dark night of the soul, I say….
Many cheered in 1933 when Hitler was ‘elected’…some of whom hated themselves later. (Parmartha)
Dear Parmartha, I think you are going little too far by comparing Arun & co. to another fascist regime. Even though they promote robe and mala, they are not going to hang or nail someone to the cross for not wearing robe or mala.
They are vegetarians after all!!
Oddly enough, Anand Newman, Hitler was a vegetarian. But no, I am not suggesting that. I just wanted to take a lob at this celebratory mood which seems to me ill-placed. Even if Arun or Rajneesh walked unopposed into the Resort tomorrow, I for one would not cheer.
Forgetting about Amrito and Jayesh, who have become over-attacked in my view, the ‘Resort’ today may not be very different to how Osho himself would have wanted it had he lived. That is my instinct, and I lived around him for some years, unlike many who spout off here.
“The appeal must include the claim, the grounds for the claim including the evidence for the same and the signature of the claimant or his or her representative; the disputed order (or the disputed decision) and the documents referenced as evidence must be included.”
The burden of evidence is now on these guys to prove that they have the rights!
Of course, but don;t pre-judge. Let them state their case, and then view it dispassionately, and without prejudice.
I hope that also has to include their “Last Osho Will” as document of claim and proof of their ownership! That Would be the perfect claim!!
Hi Frank,
………………………………… … ……. ……………….. .. .
and here we go again
moment to moment
and thank you for posting….
Madhu
P.S: Have another book for you and others; an Irishman wrote it,
Colm Toibin: ‘The Testament of Mary’ (Viking), has also been a theatre play on stage – and everybody is wondering why it didn’t come on the Vatican Index immediately. I am finding out – maybe – good timing.
Time is ripe for more than one stupid, exaggerated spectacle but let a few drops of truth in, even in the hard-crusted shells of those who bargain with myths…
In whatever area….
Hi Maggie,
I am getting a little behind on my reading homework, but I will look out for it…
If the truth be known, my grasp of recent Irish culture hasn`t really progressed past ‘Father Ted…
On the subject of Irishness…I must say that sometimes I do think that your writing style does have a little hint of the old James Joyce stream-of-consciousness about it!
So, Parmartha, you are helping the poor and people in crisis. Very Christian work, to be valued. Nobody can do, but praise your compassion. And of course, people who come to western countries for any other reason, like for example for love, marrying somebody, must be a fraud trying to live on our tax money.
All sannyasins should stay in their own countries! So, I suggest westerners not going for holidays to Goa, Bali, Rishikesh, Lucknow, Dharamshala being half naked, taking drugs, having casual sex, exploiting poor people as their cleaners, handymen, as their servants for ridiculous prices – all things they never do in their own countries.
Lucknow is not a holiday destination. It is a dirty city.
(MOD: LOKESH, AMADIS HAS REPLIED TO YOU AT THE Spiritual Therapy THREAD).
Fresch, I am 69, and only do this two days a week.
BUT, it sure keeps me grounded in the world and helps me to see things in contrast. I also need to earn a crust, and that is the profession I trained in.
Having a day job of some sort is something I recommend to most people even past retirement age, otherwise too much free time can lead to stagnation of the inner space.
I am sorry, Parmartha, I was writing out of my personal trauma as well as pain of this sannyas split. What you do is valuable in your work as well as here. I will need another bottle of champagne when in Heaven.
AUTSCH! Fresch,
what happened ?
Asking you with the experience in-within years-long periods (phases) in my life,
working a a cleaner women, either in my so-called home-country as well in ashrams (or call it ‘resorts’)
so paid with money as well as not paid for a work,
which is as well inner as outer.
The only things that happened to hurt me (but only for a short while, gone by now) have been some comments, spoken out loud or just energetically, by fellow-travellers, like, “Aah, you are not getting it together”, or other kinds of interpretations.
What happened to you, dear Fresch?
Madhu
And my mother did that already: helping the poor, gypsies, Iranians, Chilean refugees, Africans, you name it. What a good person she was – my sister and I knew another reality.
Westerners also take pictures of local people (all over in India, not just holiday places), especially children, thinking they are some kind of journalists, but what happens when Indian middle-class people take naked westerners’ pictures in Goa, it’s supposed to be a different issue?
Westerners, especially low-budget travellers, live in the hotels that only pollute the surroundings. They act ridiculous with Indian gurus and show off superiority over normal people. Things that would really look ridiculous if Indian tourists (rich ones) would do the same in the West.
But, of course, rich people have their own surroundings everywhere. In my country, only sportsmen and racing drivers are allowed to have luxury (without paying taxes), and for ‘old money’ people it’s the same, if they do not talk about it; for others, normal people, it’s not ok.
Parmartha, you sound phoney here.
Thank you, Fresch,
for sharing some more (at 10.32am) around the “autsch!”
When I am swallowed up by bitterness, what happens every now and then, and honestly quite often,
sometimes, like in a sudden rush – like a big cloud – which darkens everything,
sometimes rather limited in its effects,
when able to,
I start to ‘sort-in, sort-out’ in order to see the unique character of any of the appearances.
Indi-aborigines are said to have the ‘Totem of the MOUSE’ for support in such a procedure,
so small a creature and so intelligent, and with the strengths of finding out the differences and a kind of good order to have a good life (not to say survival just now, but also that is a point).
Love,
Madhu
The Totem of the Mouse! That’s a good one. Squeak!
Just in case non-UK people missed this…This is an example of the way Sikhs can behave from their prejudiced and strange world (maybe Shantam missed it!).
It’s a shame that the UK, in previously being so welcoming to minorities have to spend time, money and energy in sorting out these sort of imported barbarities.

Are you serious, SN?
How about other national characters?
British are perverted government officials in grey suits; they put their trousers down in every opportunity where there is another human being.
Belgians are paedophiles.
Germans are Nazis.
Swedish people are homosexuals.
Irish are drunks.
Italians are paid gigolos.
Spanish are underpaid gigolos.
Egyptians are thieves.
Americans are morons and bodybuilders, who shoot everything and everybody.
Australians are morons.
Chinese are robots and just mass of meat.
Russians are despots (leaders), rest are drunks.
Japanese all commit suicide.
Swiss only want money.
Israeli Jews only want money and power.
All Arabs are Taliban.
Hello!
Probably the closest to the truth you’ve come so far here, Fresch.
Well done!
Fresch,
you forgot the French.
Is there a reason for that?
Other than that, it’s pretty accurate.
I must admit to a little prejudice on my part here, as I didn`t have you down as being so perceptive.
Frankie, French are ‘Deep Throat’, classic. How would you define French fuck in this context?
(MOD: THIS IS VEERING RIGHT OFF-TOPIC, FRESCH!)
Fascinant, ma Cherie.
And what do you know about the Welsh?
You know it, frankie, Welsh fuck the sheep.
(MOD: THANK YOU, THAT’S ENOUGH, WE’RE ‘SATISFIED’!)
Shantam is a Sikh. He sometimes has a superiority complex about this as many may have noticed. So this terrible story of a Sikh about Shantam’s age, etc. seemed a good reminder for him.
What happened at the Golden Temple, back when Shantam was young, was wrong, and the Sikh bodyguards shooting Mrs Gandhi was wrong, and the riots afterwards in which ordinary Sikh citizens were murdered were wrong.
Osho was very much in favour of the Gandhi party, and often praised them. This must be a difficulty for Shantam, as he rejoiced at the fall of the house of Gandhi in the last Indian election.
This is an interesting comment, Parmartha.
“Shantam is a Sikh. He sometimes has a superiority complex about this.”
Can you imagine, by and large, westerners who are elitist about Christianity, and they usually are, getting involved with Osho and sannyas?
(Never the twain etc.)
