Surely, there will be chairman/CEO/Trustee/head priest/ nummero uno to
decide the day to day working and roll out the policy decisions, and
that too all in the name of Osho guidelines.
What are these Osho guidelines? If the first generation disciples who
have lived in His presence, have heard Him with their ears are unable
to recall what these guidelines are, how come few decades from Now
some chosen few will be able to repeat them like parrots.
Question is whether Parrot will speak the language of Osho or of Jayesh-Amrito?
Discussion is needed.

‘For centuries to come!’ Listen, Shantam, I don’t know if I rank in first generation or second generation of disciples and to be honest I don’t give a damn abut such rubbish. I saw people who were touched deeply by Osho in a few seconds and others who spent years round him remain the same fools they’ve always been.
Osho was not too much concerned about the future, let alone what will be going on centuries from now. Fundamental to his teaching was the idea of living in this very moment, because the next moment is uncertain, so why be bothered about it? It was and still is about living today because tomorrow never comes. Therefore, if you are looking for guidelines there you have it. End of story.
You think you are doing Osho’s work or some such bullshit. In fact you are the anti-thesis of what sannyas was founded on…the principles of living without fear or guilt, dropping the past, dropping the future and dropping our mind trips by living now. Dropping the future is what you need to look at in regard to this completely absurd nonsense you’ve just posted. ‘Centuries to come’, does not compute in relation to sannyas.

It is here for real, whether court cases or inner conflicts. Vast property worth approximately One Billion US Dollars is an Oasis in the middle of a city is managed chic and clean by few dedicated disciples from around the world under the chairmanship of master puppeteer Jayesh. You are also completely caught up in externals. I’ve said it before to you but just for the record I’ll say it again, in a slightly different way.
It is one of our jobs to give meaning to our lives. We all have our particular ways of doing that. In your case you give substance and meaning to your life by fighting enemies that you have created yourself. You are self righteous about it to the point that you probably believe that there is something spiritual about your campaign. There isn’t. You come across like a buffoon. To me it appears that you actually did not really get in touch with anything of real value due to what limited contact you had with Osho. You speak about, ‘the main seat of Osho´s work.’ and believe that has something to do with a geographical location. It does not. The real seat of any real master’s work is in people’s hearts. I think your biggest crime is that you are not particularly bright and yet your stubborness makes you persist with topics like the above which, if anything, are pretty boring and totally lacking in inspirational content.

Shantam, there is no real connection between Osho and Buddha and JC. That’s a fantasy. Could you please explain what it is that you see that links Buddha and Christ to Osho. Afterall, Siddhartha renounced worldly things on his search for enlightenment and JC kicked the moneychangers out of the temple. Osho did quite the opposite. And so it goes right down the line. Yet you continuously bring in Buddha and JC in relation t Osho on one level or another.
What you fail to see is that Osho was one of many Indian gurus who played on the internatinal stage, although others were more famous. Osho was more on the notorious side of thngs. Why not let your relationship with Osho be a personal one instead of believing you need to conquer the world. Isn’t it said that the real warrior conquers himself?

Aum in the Mandukya Upanishad
There are three mātrās (“letters”, syllabic instants in prosody) in the word aum : ‘a’, ‘u’ and ‘m’. The ‘a’ stands for the state of wakefulness, where we experience externally through our mind and sense organs. The ‘u’ stands for the dream state, in which inward experiences are available. In the state of deep sleep, represented by the sound ‘m’, there is no desire and consciousness is gathered in upon itself. What I have just said shows how difficult it is to convert the language of symbols into our own language, how little purpose there is in interpreting the symbol to a man who has not attained to an understanding of it. And however strange it may be, the fact remains that the sense of the symbol, the discovery of its nature, can only be given to, and received by, him who previously knew already, and for him the symbol will be the synthesis of his knowledge, the same formula for the expression of knowledge as it was to him who constructed it. Will a man unacquainted with this system of symbols understand a great deal if he is told that the knowledge of unity by the means of self-knowledge and self-perfection for man is the neutralization of the binary by the ternary and its transmutation into the quaternary in order to close the pentagram and realize the “Seal of Solomon”?
Symbols, transposed into the words of our language, and handed down in those words, harden into a filament, they tarnish and may give rise to fatal errors in people who do not understand the symbols or understand them literally. Truth gets encased in a shell of error, and to enable the approacher to get near to it a great effort is required on his part. What monstrous errors have arisen from the symbols of alchemy, particularly of magic, in those people who, literally and one-sidedly, without possessing the all comprehensive knowledge of unity, adopted its symbols! The symbol is a barricade against words, it delves into the thing, taken by itself, and taken in its own reality. A knowledge of the symbol leaves no room for dispute, it deepens the understanding which does not remain merely theoretical, but presses on to the real result of being able to do, to the result of knowing and being, to the realization of great doing.
Pure knowledge is not transferable, and by being expressed in words, is veiled by them, but whoever wishes and is able to see this veil, will find it transparent. And in this sense it is possible to speak of the symbolism of speech, but it is not everyone who can understand even merely this symbolism. To understand the spoken inner meaning of the thought and its spirit is possible only at a certain stage of development and with an effort on the part of the hearer. In those cases where a person is simply disputing in the ordinary sense of the words, by merely contending for his own opinion, he wastes his time in vain without acquiring anything new. In order to be able to understand speech when it is used symbolically, it is first of all necessary to learn and to be able to listen. In cases of profound knowledge, any attempt at understanding literally is foredoomed to failure, and, at best, will yield nothing, and, less favorably, may lead to error and absurdity.

It has to be done on a geographical basis and the online facility is nothing more than a tool for jumping borders. I wouldn’t trust Osho with matters other than those of the inner journey. The outer changes constantly and you will end up holding a map that will not represent the territory. I am not sure what you are after … you seem to be still fighting “the management” … I thought we agreed that you have lost that battle due to the fact that you have not managed (boom boom) to get any following to your ideas.
