The Bombay High Court on Monday passed an interim order halting the “further alienation” of a Koregaon Park property that has been in the eye of a storm for the past two years owing to a legal battle between the Osho International Foundation 9 (OIF) and other disciples of Osho.
The 5,387 square metres property (CTS 3) was gifted by the OIF to the New Delhi-based Darshan Trust in 2011 after filing an application with the office of the Charity Commissioner of Mumbai.
Yogesh Thakkar and other followers of Osho had challenged the gift deed in the Bombay High Court on various grounds.
While hearing the writ petition, the single judge bench of the High Court passed an interim order asking the Darshan Trust “not to further alienate the property without leave of the Court.”
The decision of the OIF to gift prime piece of property in Koregaon Park area had surprised many followers of the controversial mystic, Osho.
In its petition before the Charity Commissioner, OIF had cited similar objectives of the Darshan Trust as one of its decisions to gift the property. At present, this property houses the expansive parking of the foundation.
When contacted, Amrit Sadhna, the official spokesperson of the OIF, refused to comment stating the matter was subjudice.
they paved paradise

the status quo remains?
down,down,deeper and down !
ps. its a two horse race in a one horse town.
In the files of legal battles, this case is like a peanut in the wholesale grain market, yet of immense importance in marketing the services of Osho Resort, Pvt. Ltd, Pune.
After all, who would like to go even for an OPD in a hospital, which is the the news for wrong reasons!
This thread is like a thread in a thousand knot per square inch magic carpet. Come into my shop! My friend I will give you very cheap price and a free peanut?
Dear Frank, I just walked through the resort and it does not look to me like they paved anything, in reality they have done a lot of landscaping in the past 3 years, nothing has been paved, just more lush green landscaped gardens, for everyone to enjoy.
Hi, I would like to spend some days in OSHO meditation spa. Do you know if there is one in Zurich – Swiss?
If not how to book the one in Pune – India?
Thanks,
Luciana
