I’m not sure what you mean by that last part about authoritarianism lokesh. Based on my understanding Osho emphasized independence and thinking for yourself in his discourses.
As far as Osho’s views on prayer, he has made may statements regarding prayer in his philosophy allowing different people to emphasize difference aspects.

Just for starters, Osho did not believe in anything. Osho was not opposed to prayer. He actively encouraged people to become prayerful, but with one differance. He suggested that, rather than asking for something, to make your prayer a channel for feeling gratitude.

I think Shahriar and Shantam could have a great conversation about being stuck. I’m curious to hear what exactly Shahriar believes Osho’s messge to be. Osho’s philosophy on life? What exactly is that? Why should sannyasins emulate Osho? Wasn’t he all for the individual? I spent many years with Osho but have to admit I [...]

My fellow sannyasins, A giant has walked among men, a peak of intelligence and insight, and Americans are not even aware of it. He has not come with sword and chariot like a conqueror; he has not entered like Alexander the Great. Nevertheless, he has come. Osho is who I am talking about if you [...]

Bill Maher as Osho´s mahakashyapa.. I thought let me go to official site of Bill Maher and write him a note, how one of his fan thinks about him and whether in reality, he has ever felt the need to read someone like Osho and if he has read, what is his opinion. Unfortunately he [...]

Is Bill Maher Osho’s Mahakashyapa? The question was often raised to Osho, since he claimed to be an enlightened master, who his Mahakashyapa was for those who are aware of the story of Buddha and Mahakashyapa. Speculations abounded as to which of his disciples would receive the key to his teachings, that which cannot be [...]
