About meditation:
On alternate Wednesday evenings I run an informal Satsang in my house in North London (everyone welcome, by the way). We have interludes of music between, of course, periods of silence, and a few minutes extract from an Osho discourse, or Eckhart Tolle or someone like that, and sometimes some chanting along with Krishna Das or Goma. That means every other Wednesday I get to meditate for an hour!
I’ve also started a meditation evening that’s a bit less challenging in my local library at Alexandra Park, and it looks like it might become a regular monthly event if the library can find the budget to pay the librarian to stay after hours.
Apart from that I often meditate in bed in the middle of the night if I can’t sleep, and in the shower most mornings, just for a few minutes. It’s great and it always makes the day go better.
Haven’t done Dynamic or the AUM meditation for a long time.
About reading:
Did you know I’ve actually written a book which was published recently. It’s called The Five Pillars of Happpiness and it’s got quite a lot in it about Osho and Veeresh, the Humaniversity and Osho Leela. Even Dhyano gets a mention! One whole chapter is a description of my experience doing the AUM many years ago, and half of another chapter is concerned with Dynamic. I’m really excited because it’s been getting five-star reviews on Amazon.

Sorry for such a long answer but you did ask…
Lots of love
You sounded perfectly OK to me.
