satyadeva commented on the post, Sannyas Beyond Osho, by Nityaprem, on the site sannyasnews 2 months, 3 weeks ago
What more to say except things out there are getting worse and worse, and have been for a long, long time? While on the other hand a growing percentage of the world’s population are beginning to wake […]

Playing a role, if that’s all you’re capable of or if that’s what the sitation requires, is ok though, isn’t it, if you can manage to be aware, conscious that’s what you’re doing? It can be an easy or even skilful […]

Your ideas here, NP, are echoed (with further suggestions and observations)) by Eckhart Tolle in this response to a question re how to approach business relationships, ‘The Practice of Conscious Business […]

The other problem with that is you depend upon the goodwill of others to keep you from starving. How can that option be considered “the ultimate”, NP?

A new article: ’Sannyas and Time-Rich Living’, by Nitya Prem, who writes: ”Here’s an article on the dilemma we all face about how to live as sannyasins in the modern world. We all need to earn a living, but sannyas life needs time too, and so we have to balance these […]

Too “transcendental” to provide a comprehensible answer, lol!
Maybe the Cambridge Dictionary can help:
“A transcendental experience, event, object, or idea is extremely special and unusual and cannot be […] -

“I am very transcendental” – what exactly do you mean, Shanti?

satyadeva commented on the post, Osho As A Mythological Figure, by Nityaprem, on the site sannyasnews 3 months, 2 weeks ago
Yes, if he/she has no alternative to implement and live within. Once there’s a viable new way, then it’s no longer just a ‘rebellion’ but something new, an evolution equivalent to passing from adolescence to adulthood.

NEW ARTICLE!
’Compassion for the man Osho’
Nityaprem writes:
I thought I’d write a bit about the various stages I went through after I started commenting for SannyasNews, so here is a slightly longer article on that… -

Where else is this the case with Osho, NP?

But Satchit, your explanation is itself incomplete as the term ‘rebel’ implies opposition to something, usually an existing authority, which for Osho and sannyasins it meant rejecting many conventions of belief […]

Perhaps you’re referring to Being, Satchit, the state deep inside, beyond identification with thoughts and emotions, beyond the domain of whoever or whatever we think we are? Otherwise, all concepts of a so-called […]

It’s only important if you actually care about what enlightenment is and what it isn’t, Satchit, ie if you want to be clear about what to expect from the person whom you choose to be your master, teacher, […]

“Fact is, Osho is not, only Existence is.”
No, Satchit, we can not agree on this, it’s just unhelpful nonsense when we’re talking about certain practical matters where he was out of his depth. And I guess it […]

OK, Shanti, it seems we can at least agree on his mistakes. It’s also worth acknowledging that Osho often referred to himself as “an ordinary man”, not ‘superhuman’, despite his enlightened consciouness. Yet […]

That’s the sort of statement that sounds so convincing to a certain type of unenlightened mind, like yours, Satchit. Coming from an Osho might (or might not, depending on the context) be one thing, coming from you […]

Shanti, you misunderstand and misrepresent me. I have not said Osho ‘lost his enlightenment’, I am saying he could make mistakes on a certain level of existence. Claiming I was “put off by devices” is just […]

Satchit, you make the mistake of assuming it’s impossible for an ‘enlightened’ person to make a mistake. Which doesn’t imply he/she isn’t profoundly rooted in their inner being and beyond, it simply means on a […]
