You naughty boy, Shantam. All fired up and ready to go after your little outing to Basle.

The word ‘LOVE’ has been overused and therfore lacks meaning and defination. A good dictionary will give a couple of dozen meanings to the word. The main meaning that is usually given to the word has to do with affection and attraction…therefore I don’t understand what Shantam is referring to when he talks about ‘a [...]

I think the point you are missing, Shantam, is that you are experiencing the need to personify that which is universal. Osho, like everyone else on this planet, was a manifestation in the human realm of the whole wishing to express itself as something limited. If Osho was indeed enlightened he more than anyone else [...]

Ego is a psychological mechanism that was created to help our survival in this world. In itself there is absolutely nothing wrong with it…in fact it is really quite a miraculous phenomena. Take for instance the fact taht we often feel quite big and important in the general scheme of things…something which is really quite [...]

Anyone round here remember The Rolling Stones? Angels beating all their wings in time, With smiles on their faces and a gleam right in their eyes. Whoa, thought I heard one sigh for you, Come on up, come on up, now, come on up now. May the good Lord shine a light on you, Make [...]

Shantam, I can’t resist the temptation to copy and paste an Osho quote…he being a great mind and all that. Religion comes out of no-mind. Religion is not a talent, it is your nature. If you want to be a great painter, you have to be talented; if you want to be a great poet, [...]

‘The remote control air dried wing mirrors that can see threatening affidavits from a mile off,’ Vince, that was pretty witty. More please.

Satyam, the medical reports might have been indicative of radiation poisoning but the chant was ‘thallium’ and Osho did not actually have the symptoms of being exposed to this highly toxic element. Osho enjoyed reasonably good health for at least two years after leaving USA. Then suddenly it is this convoluted thallium conspiracy story that [...]

Just to give Osho a wee bit of backup…. History is now strictly organized, powerfully disciplined, but it possesses only a modest educational value and even less conscious social purpose. J. H. Plumb I think the whole assasination story is a fiction. It is possible that Osho actually believed it but it is a very [...]

Vince, I know what you mean. After Shantam’s last response I almost wrote a line of Z’s but decided against it, because I don’t like to bore people.

Sorry Shantam, wrong again. I read very little in the way of esoteric and semi spiritual literature. I’m a big fan of Irvine Welsh, though. Here is a wee quote for you. Said almost 400 years ago it shows that very little has changed in regards the media. ‘The most important service rendered by the [...]

What you fail to understand, Shantam, is that all those news channel and newspapers you are going through are in the business of making news as opposed to reporting it. For all you know Bin-Laden’s body might have been kept on ice for ten years and then this story was created at a politically timely [...]

I think one of the things that made Osho special was his ability to put into words that which is difficult to understand. As far as Osho’s discourses are concerned, I completely disagrre with Shantam. Osho’s words were not difficult to understand. As for Osho’s gestures…well Shantam, what exactly are you talking about? The motion [...]

Shantam, your agenda is primarily a political one, and as Osho used to say, politicians are stupid people. He was, of course, right.
