@ Swami Shanti.
In my early days of Sannyas I had so many ideas about what Sannyas, being a meditator was not about; so basically very puritanical Christian notions unwittingly; which most certainly wouldn’t have included your very obvious enthusiasm and delight in Jefferson aeroplane and Grace slick.
I find most interesting, about individuals who have been around Osho for a long time, and to whom Sannyas actually means something, that they are neither conceited, with their heads up their arses about being spiritual, about being connected to Osho,, but in all the other ways they behave with their many enthusiasms and aspirations and engagements with life, a million miles from those puritanical idea I had 40 odd years ago about being a Sannyassin and a meditator.
Music is such a delight. Thank God we don’t have to pretend we’re not interested to fit a stereotype idea.
Thank God for someone as life affirming and so many millions of miles away from the puritanism most of us, came to him with. (Then on the other hand of course there are all those druggie dingbats who needed to pull themselves together, and they’ve moved away from the out-of-control hedonism. Bloody terrific. Thank you Osho.
I was reminded of Crown of Creation. I was just listening to ‘The House at Pooneil Corners’ . A song about nuclear holocaust.

I remember , after an overnight 12 hour bus journey , in 2003, finally arriving in Kathmandhu and finding somewhere to stay , and being surprised when I heard ‘Have you seen the saucers ‘ coming onto to a local Kathmandhu radio station. And just looking out of my window at the skyline and the mountains… wow.
