Tan,

´Ideas´about ´Enlightement´all fall short, be from the West - be they from the East, and the Masters worth heir salt , how Lokesh did put it, never ceased to point at that.
In the course of the small temporary phase, I am reading and responding here, I am amazed, how these fingers pointing to some ´moon´are bitten, ever and ever again ....
and over decades and decades again.

The beauty that I still see in the indian subcontinent is, that a beautiful person like Bhuribai will most probably not end in a mental asylum , and that is something very beautiful about India and I hope they don´t loose that flavor there, - might be at stake though...

To be in a love affair with existence beyond the ´small family´ has its price, wherever .
And sometimes I like it , wehen U.G. Krishnamurti is mentioned here, who knew some more about the price.
Others could be mentioned also from the so called ´West`.

Wish you well in your love affair of This, wherever you happen to be - and

have a good day, today !

Ah , Bhuribai, Bhuribai.
Another beautifull Indian story.
An illiterate woman, she scribbled and scribbled more and more words into her book until the pages were completely black.

To the western mind this looks illogical, absurd, insane, unnaceptable.

But Osho calls Bhuribai a "master of the irrational".

amazing, Simond. Thanks.
How much did it cost you? I know some of those very first Jain booklets by Osho are worth a mint apparently - if you know where to sell them!
