I've resolved so many inner conflicts because of him, and that I have spent so much time, with his help, meditating, working on myself.

Recall a conversation with an acquaintance recently and I had said to him I'd spent years trying to fix myself, ( Succeeded as well I realized just after the conversation. ) and had come to understand all I needed to fix was a propensity to pay to much attention to the opinions of others. (We are slaves to the opinions of others. Slaves to approval and disapproval.) and he replied

'Lucky you. Most of our contemporaries are at most at the place you were at forty years ago, when they sneered at you for being so intense and neurotic as they saw it.

Do not mean this as a brag.
Just no longer see myself as more or less than anyone and that does for me.
No longer struggle to live to some dreary notion of perfect. That will do.
No longer want to, expect myself to get on with everyone. That will do.
Just a load of old rubbish, that made my life a misery, and mostly gone. (Dreary Xtian ratshit by and large as well. )

1 in a million, there’s seven billion of us on this planet, that would allow for 7000 enlightened ones – just a thought. Spread across the planet, thats not so many, the real deal is rare! Its not even something you can really talk about, its all speculation unless you happen to be one the rare ones.
I reckon for a lot of us, Osho was a starter kit. All I wanted when I started out was for my life to work, I got more than I bargained for! Osho died, was I cooked? I didn’t think so, I gobbled up as much of other teachers as I could – still not cooked! Of course, for some, Osho will never die and another teacher/master is out of question, but one would be a fool to think that the ways home are not many.

Who really wants to go the whole hog? As I said, I just wanted my life to work, finding out it was all leading to nothingness, a no I, an ego annihilation… well maybe I’ll just tarry a while, play Zorba the Buddha, make the most of both worlds. If sannyasins are stuck in a bliss paradigm I’m not surprised.

I really think Osho tried to make our lives better, for some he was a finger pointing to the moon, others took his words to suit their own ends and some imbibed his spirit.

Who knows? They say it happens by grace.

isnt being on a bliss trip just like being on a drugs trip?
i mean,it takes artificial circumstances to bring it about, and these have to be maintained at all costs in order to prevent cold turkey setting in.
sangha/cult/getting more gear from the guru-therapist-master-dr feelgood-dealer/continuous self-hynosis/shared world etc.
like any addicts, trying to convince bliss-artists that they`re on a loser is same as trying to talk an alky out of his next drink--forget it!
the next step to this is simply kicking off the addiction.
this,as with drugs, booze etc may or may not lead to a more "spiritual"or more positive experience...it depends.
satsang junkies may never make it thru cold turkey and run back to egghead tolle of adya shanti.
the idea of being "normal" terrifies blissbunnies and addicts alike.
and like all substance abuse you may start on champagne and fine wine (osho lbw punyaji)and end up on cheap vodka and methhs(rajneesh, the three stooges, etceterashanti etc)...
the only option is to kick off.
you have to be sick of the high, but for that you have to see the high is imaginary, you`re just another drunk lying in the gutter dreaming about the stars.........
