Zen Workshop with Park, Jio Sunim, Korean zen monch and sannyasin:
Park, Jio Sunim is a zen monk from Korea and will come too to my place in Austria (OSHO Meditation Oasis Greith). He will give a workshop on Zen Buddhismus, an introduction and for deepening meditation. The workshop will be from 4. to 6. of May, but Park will stay longer here, so you can join his and our company for more days and to deepen your meditation. It is a gift to be with Park. Costs are 60 Euros per night for food and accommodation, and worshop is on donation basis
content:
(1st day) : 1-introduction and engage awareness basic
(2nd day): 1-Hwadu(fundamental question), 2hours
2-tea break, 15min 3-obstacles and treatment, 2hours
4-question and answer, 1 hour
(3rd day) : 1-dharma talk and advance meditation, 2hours
2-tea break, 15min 3-full awaeness-absolute silence-2hours
4- question and answer, 1 hour
