Anand, your comments come across as snide. I am not surprised by your reaction and yes it is true I do use this blog to hone my writing skills, although it does not pose the kind of challenges that I had somehow hoped for.
I keep running into this sannyasin fundamentalist thing which is built around such abstractions as ‘the Osho heart beating’.
I suppose in a way I am doing something you fundamentalists see as some kind of sin…thinking. It is as if people like yourself don’t want people around who have developed their minds to the point of being able to analyze and critizize in an intelligent way. For all Osho’s talk of no.mind and moving beyond the mind he was also in possession of a brilliant mind, capable of reading the best their is to read and then synthesizing it into a discourse that was good enough to form an interesting and coherant chapter in a book. That was really quite amazing. You are obviously not stupid but that judgmental attitude of yours could one day be a source of problems for you if for no other reason than it being an unconscious habit.
As for your need to compare me to Shantam Prem, well, it says more about you than it does me. I’m sure he is a lovely guy and we are all free to choose to a certain extent who we wish to spend time with. Enjoy your chai and pastries in Freiburg it is a nice town, a bit boring mind you but with the Osho heart banging up a storm between you two lovers that should not pose a problem. The joke is on you.

Thanks Lokesh that you gave me another one of your lectures telling me about what kind of a higher developed soul you are and what limited perspective I have and that you and Osho were good friends.
And that Osho acknowledged your ‘spiritual experiences’
and gave you a solid ‘gold namaste’ on the ranch.

We are all very lucky here to have you around, sharing some of your accumulated spiritual wisdom.

I have no further comments, since your words speak for themselves. Only one thing: if I would have a choice to spend an evening with you eating shushi at that newly opened Sushi place on Ibiza or drink chai with Shantam Prem in Freiburg I would prefer Shanyam, since I can feel his Osho heart beating.
You are surely good with words and accumulated knowledge, but my heart would be more with SD,
call it Bhakti Yoga or whatever.

Yes we were all great rebels in those days hanging out in the back rows of Buddha hall, since the front rows were occupied with the likes of Sheela, Laxmi, Deeksha type dragon women.

So we are self righteous devotees based in ignorance.

Hmm…lucky us that again, that Lucky Strike Luke Mitchell is here to get us on the right path.

He explored the way beyond Osho sannyasin, he went further then all of us. Probably good old bold headed Poonjaji in Lucknow gave him another gold namaste
and good friendly handshake for his further explorations on the advaita path to recognize the no-self beyond the ego trapped in the mind cage.

Somehow the eastern winds brought Lucky Strike to Ibiza, where writers and some old buddies from Pune 1 are hanging out. And sannyasnews is a good place to fight some good intellectual battles to keep your writing skills sharp.

Still…chai with SD, although he gained some weight recently. Must be the good German pastries.
