Reiki does work. We have have very good luck with cancer patients. and Wikipedia stated only 9 studies. I am sure they were studies that were greatly influenced if not conducted by the catholic church…..

it can be just business if is is your buisness then I would recomend diversifying .. personally I would never pay for a reiki session .. but I would have one in exchange for something..
and a couple of times in my life I have personally used it on friends in situations where I felt it would be beneficial and have.concentrated my energy and applied healing hands ..
