Well it ain’t practical for me to move for all sorts of reasons, but if I did I would go somewhere warm. To be honest I am not sure where I would go to at all.

The answer about the Royal Family is that there is a class system in England and small numbers of upper middle class and upper class people run everything, including the mass media which effectively dictate most people’s opinions. The Royal Family is the lynch-pin or glue of the whole class system and that is why the people who run England wish to keep it in place. Freedom of expression is highly limited in England though mostly you won’t go to jail for expressing the wrong opinions. You just get very marginalised if you have the wrong opinions and you never see your opinion expressed in any media.

the word “master” does indeed have many connotations that would certainly not appeal to the more sensitive intelligent human.
were not the british “masters” of india and all those other inferior foreign types from around the world?
i do not know where and when the master/disciple relationship originated ,but i will wager that the master/slave relationship predated it by quite some distance.
what of the “masters”in the fabled british school system that hitler so admired?
were they really different from those zen guys with their cane sticks both?
